Delivery Information

Delivery on UK orders over £25 is completely free. Orders under £25 are subject to a delivery charge of £2.50. International postage is charged at a flat rate, as shown below.

Typical UK delivery time is 1 to 3 working days. All orders are shipped using the ‘Royal Mail Recorded Signed For’ service. Each delivery is covered for up to £30 compensation, in the (very) unlikely event of loss or damage.

Non UK mainland orders will be shipped by ‘Royal Mail International Signed For’ - a recorded delivery airmail service. This is a fast and cost effective service that means we can supply to most of Europe within 5 days and 10-14 days for the rest of the world. Most of our items are 200g or less. Actual postage costs are calculated at checkout.

Wherever possible (and 99% of the time) all goods displayed in the website are in stock and ready to go, but if for any reason this isn't the case we will let you know straight away so that you can amend or cancel your order.

Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with your goods please return them to us within 28 working days for a replacement or full refund. We recommend that returns are sent by recorded delivery as we cannot accept responsibility should they go missing. Buyer must cover costs of return postage and any resulting refund will be less the initial cost of postage and packing.

PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for any ‘intrusive’ jewellery, such as earrings, flesh tunnels or body jewellery etc that has been worn for hygiene reasons, unless the item is faulty.
