earthspirit is a small, but perfectly formed, organisation and we know that it's the customers that make a business tick. That's why we do everything we can to make sure your order gets to you as soon as possible.

Delivery on UK orders over £25 is completely free. Orders under £25 are subject to a delivery charge of £2.50. International postage is charged at a flat rate of £6.00 per order.

Typical UK delivery time is 1 to 3 working days. All orders are shipped using the 'Royal Mail Recorded Signed For' service. Each delivery is covered for up to £36 compensation, in the (very) unlikely event of loss or damage.

Non UK mainland orders will be shipped by 'Royal Mail International Signed For' - a recorded delivery airmail service. This is a fast and cost effective service that means we can supply to most of Europe within 5 days and 10-14 days for the rest of the world.

Wherever possible (and 99% of the time) all goods displayed in the website are in stock and ready to go, but if for any reason this isn't the case we will let you know straight away so that you can amend or cancel your order.

We know that many of you have concerns about shopping online. With daily news stories about fraud, 'phishing' and other online scams, we don't blame you! But we do want you to know that we take the security of all your personal information and payment details very, very seriously.

Firstly, all your personal details (name, address, etc.) are transferred to us using 128bit SSL encryption and can only be accessed by us here at earthspirit so we can process your orders. Your credit or debit card details are safer still, since we don't store them at all. They're securely transmitted to our payment processor (or PayPal/Google Checkout) for processing, without us even seeing them.

Every decision that we make at earthspirit starts with its security implications in mind and we keep an eye on new technologies to ensure we're offering the most secure service possible.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

If you are unhappy with your goods please return them to us within 28 working days for a replacement or full refund. No fuss, no quibbles. We recommend that returns are sent by recorded delivery as we cannot accept responsibility should they go missing. Buyer must cover costs of return postage and any resulting refund will be less the initial cost of postage and packing.

PLEASE NOTE: For hygiene reasons, unfortunately we cannot accept returns for any 'intrusive' jewellery (i.e. earrings) that have been worn, unless the item is faulty.
